The breakfast was a true highlight with a range of high-quality options, including delicious homemade jams that were hard to resist.
The B&B is located on a steep hill, which may pose a challenge with mobility issues, particularly as our room was on the top floor accessible only by stairs.

Lovely stay in Lostwithiel 🌼
Chris and Heidi were just the best hosts, always keen to help out, like a good chommie you want around. Our room had this lekker view over the valley, and the brekkie made with local produce was great, especially with those homemade jams! Can't stop thinking about that.
Parking was a bit tight but we managed, so just be ready for a bit of a squeeze.

The breakfast was nice, but i expected coffee to be strong, not weak like my will to enjoy this place. The shower pressure woudl ve been laughable had it not been so disappointing. Astonishingly, i did not receive a complimentary dessert to help soften my stay's bitter aftertaste. I almost wrote a good review, but just couldn't.

Couples looking for a cozy retreat
Chris and Heidi were really good hosts! Right from the get-go, they helped with our bags and were so cute, even gave us a map with local spots written out which really helped us explore but the homemade jams at breakfast were a highlight, I mean, it's not just your typical B&B food.
It was not exactly a bargain, but you know what? Worth every penny.

The room had a beautiful view overlooking the garden. The breakfast options stood out with a good variety to choose from, including a cooked breakfast that was both ample and satisfying.
Access to the upper-level room required climbing steep stairs, which could be challenging for those with mobility issues. The shower pressure left something to be desired. It was noticeably weaker than expected, possibly disappointing for those who appreciate a strong water flow.
